In episode 127 of The Film Blerds, the boys discuss the delay of the second part of Kevin Costner's HORIZON saga as well as the news that Zack Snyder's long-gestating adaptation of THE FOUNTAINHEAD may never come to pass.

Brandon continues THE ACOLYTE and MY ADVENTURES WITH SUPERMAN, rewatches the first season of X-MEN '97 and MEN IN BLACK 3, watches BLUE STEEL, NIGHT MOVES, and OBESSION. He also revisits TWISTER newly released on 4K Blu-ray.
 
The two talk trailers for the A24 horror films THE FRONT ROOM and HERETIC, Blumhouse's AFRAID, and Marvel's CAPTAIN AMERICA: BRAVE NEW WORLD.
 
Finally, the two do a long review on the stand-alone legacy sequel TWISTERS.

Episode 126: Maxxxine & Kill!

In Episode 126, the boys talk about David Ellison's Skydance merging with Paramount and David taking over as CEO of Paramount. Brandon and Jeff then discuss Sony Pictures buying the Alamo Drafthouse cinema chain.

Episode 125: The Movie Review Spectacular

In a supersized episode 125 of The Film Blerds, Brandon and Jeff dive right into their watches which include REN FAIRE, MY ADVENUTRES WITH SUPERMAN, the A24 drama TUESDAY, the final season of STAR TREK: DISCOVERY, the fourth season of THE BOYS and its spin-off GEN V, the third and final season of CSI: VEGAS, and THEM: THE SCARE.

In this episode, Trey Taylor fills in for Jeff as the two go through their daily watches.
