In this special episode, the boys discuss Marvel Studios news for the first 36 minutes which includes the delays of both AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY and AVENGERS: SECRET WARS, THUNDERBOLTS* losing $100 million, and Jon Bernthal's The Punisher co-starring in SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY.

 

The rest of the episode is dedicated to a review of (the first season of?) IRONHEART, now streaming on Disney+.

 

In Episode 158, the boys review the newest Pixar film, ELIO. Brandon's presentation is in 3D, while Jeff's was in Dolby Cinema.

 

The two then close out on a review for Danny Boyle and Alex Garland's highly anticipated 28 YEARS LATER.

The boys are joined by Trey Taylor for a spoiler-free review of F1. Presented in Dolby Cinema.

In 166, Brandon is joined by Danny O'Neill, stepping in for Jeff, to review the second feature film by Celine Song, MATERIALISTS starring Dakota Johnson, Chris Evans, and Pedro Pascal.

For the final part of 165, the boys talk trailers for Darren Aronofsky's CAUGHT STEALING, IT: WELCOME TO DERRY, and the teaser for ZOOTOPIA 2.

 

Brandon reviews Guy Ritchie's Apple TV action-adventure film FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH.

 

Jeff discuss an screening event he attended for MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - THE FINAL RECKONING hosted by Rolling Out magazine featuring Greg Tarzan Davis.

 

The two review FINAL DESTINATION BLOODLINES with Brandon's experience in IMAX and Jeff's in 4DX. 

 

And finally the two close out on the live-action LILO & STITCH remake presented in Dolby Cinema.

In the second half of 164, Brandon and Jeff talk trailers for BRIDE HARD, ECHO VALLEY, AMERICANA, IRONHEART, THE OLD GUARD 2, and NOBODY 2.

 

Brandon announces breaking news about THE RESURRECTION OF THE CHRIST before doing solo reviews for Jillian Bell's SUMMER OF 69, JOE CARNAHAN's SHADOW FORCE, and the new film starring The Weeknd, Jenna Ortega, and Barry Keoaghan called HURRY UP TOMORROW.
